Four “Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres will resume work on May 11
Starting from Monday, May 11 “Rīgas satiksme” customer centres in Brīvības street 191, Brīvības gatve 384b, Prāgas street 1 and Kurzemes prospect 137 will resume customer service. In order to reduce the time spent at the customer service centre, we encourage customers to book visit in advance at www.rigassatiksme.lv.
To reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 and protect the personnel and customers of the customer service centre, “Rīgas satiksme” has enclosed the work places in all customer centres with special protecting glass and distancing signs are put on the floor.
“Rīgas satiksme” encourages customers to be responsible and consider the necessity to attend the customer service centre.
Customer service centre working hours:
Brīvības street 191
Working hours: on weekdays from 8:00 to 19:00
On Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00
Brīvības gatve 384b; Kurzemes prospect 137 and Prāgas street 1
Working hours: on weekdays from 9:00 to 19:00
On Saturdays from o 10:00 to 16:00
Spīķeru street 1
Working hours: on weekdays from 9:00 to 19:00,
Saturdays, Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00.
Therefore, five customer service centres will work starting from May 11: in Brīvības street 191, Brīvības gatve 384b; Kurzemes prospect 137, Prāgas street 1 and Spīķeru street 1, but the customer service centre in Brīvības street 49/53 will be closed.
